Background
N!CK'S goes back to founder Niclas Luthman, who was diagnosed as pre-diabetic in 2014 and changed his diet in response. Unwilling to give up the sweets he was used to, he began developing his own ice cream and snack recipes. The brand launched in Stockholm in 2017.
In 2021 the company closed a USD 100 million funding round and expanded into the US market among others.
